Cardinia Shire Council is using aQtual to manage its internal knowledge for use by call centre and other staff. Soon aQtual will be launched on Cardinia's website to answer questions from the public.

As part of the New South Wales Government’s policy of restructuring the state’s health services, HealthTechnology (part of NSW Health) needed to streamline their internal support for the rollout of their new Patient Administration System (PAS). aQtual provided the needed innovative solution as a statewide educational tool to support thousands of nurses and administrative staff in using the new PAS.
